Gather your favorite people – music lovers young and old – for an afternoon of musical adventures!
Come and be charmed by the ever-popular duo of Maria Jette, soprano, and pianist-accordionist Dan Chouinard, transporting us to the City of Light with sweet, stylish renderings of Parisian songs from the days of the flappers through the post-war years. They’ll show us the many moods of Paris, from romantic and wistful to tart and comic.
What’s more, we’ll get to explore the amazing new Schmitt Music headquarters, with specialists guiding us through “shops” of gorgeous, fascinating instruments, from tiny piccolos to grand pianos – the quality international stars look for!
Add delectable pastries, coffee and soft drinks, with plenty of time to socialize as well as to listen and learn, and you have a lovely afternoon and a most enjoyable way to support our excellent Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra!

1 pm: tour specialty shops, enjoy treats and see a Player Piano demonstration
